From the app (right away)
On iPhone or Android, open Celebrate and go to Profile › Edit › Delete account. We ask you to confirm with your password, then your account and all your data are deleted immediately.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, write to support@veleno.studio from your account's email address, with the subject “Delete my Celebrate account” and, if you remember it, your @username.
For your safety we only delete accounts whose email matches the sender's. We do it within 30 days and confirm by email when it's done.
What gets deleted
- your profile (name, username, date of birth, time zone) and photo;
- friendships, friend requests and blocked users;
- the wishes you sent and received;
- your gifts and unlocked themes and memes;
- notification tokens and your sign-in account (email and password).
What we keep
- a minimal purchase record (order or transaction ID and product), to handle refunds and disputes for as long as the law requires;
- reports already submitted, for as long as needed to handle them.
Purchases made on the App Store or Google Play stay linked to your Apple or Google account. Details in the privacy policy.
